Integrative Solar Hot Water Heater

The integrative solar hot water heater is the most efficient system available today.
Other systems may produce more hot water, but they require pumps and additional
tanks separated from the solar heat collectors.  The integrative system incorporates
the tank and the solar collector tubes into one integrative system.  The solar
collector tubes "feed" heat collected from the sun directly into the storage tank.  The
tank can be from 40-120 gallons with an 80 gallon tank providing enough hot water
for the average family of five.

The systems works even in freezing temperatures by using vacuum tubes

(much like a thermos) delivering solar energy to the water inside the system.
The hot water outlet is tied to the home piping source and can be fit with an
automatic tempering valve to insure constant temperature at the faucet end.

Integrative systems are currently in widespread use throughout Europe and
Asia in areas where water supply is provided by municipal piping or other
pressurized means (as is the case in most industrialized areas and through-
out the continental United States).  The systems have both residential and
commercial applications.

Why the integrative system:

-        Completely passive, no pumps, electrical heating coils or elements

-        Less expensive than split systems (in some cases less than 1/2 the cost)

-        Efficient even on cloudy days

-        Easy installation and operation; cold water in, hot water out

-        Works with either non-pressurized or pressurized water source and can be tied into municipal water supply

-        Rebates; tax rebates from state and federal government can cover over 1/2 the cost in some cases

-        Green, truly a green system that can provide the hot water needs for commercial or residential purposes

-        Pays for itself, even without rebates in less than five years

-        Lifetime expectation of 20+ years

-        10-15 year product replacement warranty
